Perfect Draft:

Constructed format with 24 spells and 12 sites exactly

Deck construction limitations:

Exactly 3 rares (Elite and Uniques), 9 Exceptionals and the rest Ordinary

The rarity limits mirror 3 packs so they have 3 rares (Elite or Unique), up to 9 Exceptionals (three from each pack in a draft) and the rest Ordinaries. Normal rarity restrictions also apply, since it is a Constructed format, so only one of the same Unique, 2 of any Elite, 3 of any Exceptional. Draft rules apply for the Collection, so you can get any specifically named cards, as in the case of Forlorn Keep fetching a Penitent Knight to cast. Troubled Town can get any named Townsfolk as well.
