We will try out the "Peasants' Realm" Format, where only cards with exceptional or ordinary - rarity are legal (spells and sites)

Avatars of every rarity are legal (although Duplicator would be unplayable, for example...)

Deck size will remain 60/30/10, same as regular Constructed
